                Directions: Put few drops on palm of hand, rub them together, inhale the aroma and apply to back of neck, chest, and shoulders.

 Immune Support: An excellent formula to strengthen and tone the immune system.  It helps the body to resist the attacks from free-radicals that lead to cellular disorganization and increased risk of illness.  It is very effective addressing the first symptoms of a cold or flu. 1/4 ounce.

                Directions: To be used daily as a preventative practice, morning and early afternoon.  Put 1 to 2 drops on the fingers.  Apply to both sides of the neck and chest area.

 Adrenal Support: An excellent formula that tones the adrenal glands, preventing weakness of these glands when the body is challenged by stress, exhaustion, tiredness, or depression. It helps to relieve lower back pain produced by adrenal fatigue. 1/4 ounce.

                Directions: To be used daily as a preventive practice, morning and early afternoon. Put 1 to 2 drops on fingers, rub them together, and apply to back at waist level.

 Stress Relief: This is an ideal formula that can be used at any time of the day or night, to relax the body, and to calm the mind helping to restore balance. It assists the body helping to ease anxieties and tensions from daily pressures and stress. 1/2 ounce.

                Directions: Put small amount on fingers, inhale its delicate aroma and apply to back of the neck, shoulders and chest.

 Confidence Blend:   An uplifting formula that assists the body and mind to encourage self-confidence, and feelings of well-being when facing nervousness, tension, anxiety, phobias, depression, and fears of public speaking, taking an exam or presenting an interview. 1/8 ounce.

                Directions: Tap the bottom of the bottle to get 1 or 2 drops on the fingers. Rub them together, inhale the aroma and apply to back of neck, wrists and behind the earlobes.
